Magnum Forge follows a standard process of selection. Our goal is to get to know candidates and for candidates to get to know us.

Step One: Explore the Firm

Step Three: The Interview Process

A recruiting manager reviews all resumes evaluating qualifications. Candidates are selected for an initial interview based on education, work experience, and internal business needs.

Interviews vary by level of experience and job requirements. Initial interviews focus on sharing the firm’s vision, mission, and business objectives, and understanding candidates’ credentials, interests, and previous experience.

Returning candidates are presented with situational interviews. Magnum Forge’s recruiter will provide candidates with information to help prepare.

Final interviews may involve meeting other Magnum Forge executives, and those in a similar peer group. Our goal in final interviews is to ensure that both sides make a well-informed decision as to the next steps

Step Four: The Offer

Following the final interviews, selected candidates are extended a verbal offer and an opportunity to ask any remaining questions. A written offer will follow after confirming details on the position, salary, benefits package, and any additional information discussed in the verbal offer, if necessary.
