A recruiting manager reviews all resumes to evaluate qualifications. Candidates are selected for an initial interview based on education, work experience, and internal business needs.
Interviews vary by level of experience and job requirements. Initial interviews focus on sharing the firm’s vision, mission, and business objectives, as well as understanding candidates’ credentials, interests, and previous experience.
Returning candidates will be presented with situational interviews. Magnum Forge’s recruiter will provide candidates with information to help prepare.
Final interviews may involve meeting other Magnum Forge executives, as well as those in a similar peer group. Our goal in final interviews is to ensure that both sides make a well-informed decision as to the next steps
Following the final interviews, selected candidates will be extended a verbal offer and an opportunity to ask any remaining questions. A written offer will follow after confirming details on the position, salary, benefits package, and any additional details discussed in the verbal offer, if necessary.
Keeping candidates informed on the statuses of their interview processes is a priority, especially in the case of delays; however, candidates are encouraged to stay in contact with their Magnum Forge recruiter via phone or email.
